GM Diet day 6- Return of the beef and veggies

This is probably the best day of the week and by far the most rewarding. By now you should have lost some pounds and feel much better with your body, thanks to the few days of detoxification and cleansing.

Now it will be easier than ever to stick to the program and remember there are only 2 days remaining, so enjoy this cheat day to the fullest.

 

Unexpected body changes

Do not alarm! This is actually beneficial to your health and the studies show that most followers of the GM diet Have lost about 10 pounds by now.beef and salad

The amazing thing is that your entire body is starting to function better, even the skin gets a visible improvement in texture of the skin and a different glow on it.

 

Eat as much as you please

That is true, now you are allowed for a cheat day.But remember that you should only consume beef and any type of vegetable, not anything else.

Right now the body has an increased metabolic rate thanks to the previous days and there are continuous fat burning processes taking place in there.So there should be no worry.Right now you need the protein and iron for muscle development the same with some fibers too keep your digestive system clean.

Now is the time for you to test the effect the diet had on your immune system and go outside for some sport activities that will help you shed even more fat and loose much weight.

GM diet for day 6 (suggestions)

Breakfast 

In the morning you can have a really consistent meal composed of beef stew or beef cutlets  with a lot of mixed  fresh vegetables.A bowl of veggies will give you more than enough fiber to feel comfortable.Another way of doing things would be a combination of soup and beef.

Lunch

This is the perfect time to choose some asian food, that is because most of their food is made with beef and vegetables(you should avoid any starchy foods like potatoes)

Dinner

If you had a really active and tiresome day you will want to consume a vitamin replenishing vegetable soup full of fibers and a healthy tasty hamburger.

Between meals you should be munching on those vegetables like crazy and if you get a little hungry do not hesitate to try some roasted beef.Again, water is the best beverage you should drink right now, no alcohol allowed.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds lean stew beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can (approx. 10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
  • hot water
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • seasoned  to taste with pepper and salt only

Preparation:

Rinse the beef under cold running water.
Heat oil in a kettle or Dutch oven
add beef,  salt and some chopped onions.
Cook over medium heat for about  15 minutes, until the meat is browned on all sides and the onions are tender.
Drain off excess fat(we don’t want to spoil the GM diet right now 🙂 )
Add beef broth and hot water to the pot until liquid level about 1 inch above the beef.
Cover and reduce heat to low then simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
Add the potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for  30 minutes longer, until vegetables are tender enough.
To thicken the stew, combine the flour with 1/3 cup cold water and stir until it gets smooth.
Gently stir flour mixture into the pot a little at a time, using as much as needed to make the stew as thick as you like it.
Add pepper and taste for seasonings, or add a little seasoning salt(if necessary)

Now, in the GM diet day 6 is the perfect time to step up the exercise routine and sweat a little more because you now have all the energy that is needed and you want to burn those calories down.
