Gm diet day 5 – best beef burger diet
If you have completed all the steps until now i bet this is the moment you have waited for.Now i give you meat!
Before you go on with this day(or diet). I have a special surprise for you!
In the left, you can see an image with the results from the 3 week transformation. It’s on a whole new level, and it’s as easy as the GM diet!
In the past days your diet was lacking in protein and you may have felt some muscle weakness during this time.But no worry anymore, today you will eat Beef and Tomatoes(even a healthy burger).
The way of the beef, burgers are allowed!
Be careful not to eat great quantities of meat all at once, but rather distribute it equally throughout the day.
This is because you may manifest a weaker appetite and also you need to get your taste buds used to eating meat again.
Besides the consumption of beef only one aliment is needed: tomatoes.Either raw or lightly prepared they are great next to some beef.
Speaking about burgers, you are now allowed to eat a burger(optional) , but make sure it is made from beef and from natural ingredients(no cheese or anything added).
Why beef+tomato and how much?
Well the beef adds the much needed proteins and iron followed by the rich fibers and licopene from the tomato.
You must eat at least 6 tomatoes for the effect to be considerable and in terms of meat consumption it is recommended to consume two 10 oz portions of lean beef.

You can try a nice combination between beef and any type of vegetable soup in the morning.Also you can add a few tomatoes if you’d like.
Remember to drink extra amounts of water 12 glasses or more because the beef consumption makes the body produce a lot of uric acid. For lunch time you can choose a home made hamburger with a low fat percentage combined with a cup of tomatoes.
This time you will also eat some beefy food(it can be another hamburger), but be careful to make it light because you don’t want to strain the stomach too hard.Another choice would be vegetable soup alone or with some beef.

Recipe for Beef Brisket
- 3 to 4 lbs of a brisket cut of beef
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
Method of preparation
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and water.
- Place the brisket roast on a large piece of aluminum foil. Spread the BBQ sauce mixture generously over meat. Wrap the brisket in aluminum foil and place it in a roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour for every 1 pound of meat.
