GM diet day 3 – Attack of the Fructo veggies -fruit and vegetable diet
From now on you will find the GM meal plan to be easier to handle. The hardest(day 2) has passed and now things start to mix up.
For this challenge you will be allowed to eat fruits and vegetables in any combination, but even now you must not eat bananas.
Say goodbye to Mr. Potato
Now that you are allowed to eat both fruits and vegetables there is no need for potato anymore thanks to carbohydrates from the fruits.Your system is now fully prepared to shed excess pounds even though you will still have cravings, but they should diminish by day 4.
As you can see the banana restriction is still in place…but just wait for day 4..you’re in for a surprise.
Remember not to drink any fruit juice until day 7 because that will get too much sugar in your blood and the diet will not take effect.
|Challenging||(3 / 5)|
|Recommended||Lots of Water|
|Avoid||Oil / Fruit Juice / Bananas / Potatoes|
- At this point in time you should be about 2 or 4 lbs lighter and already feel the positive effects of the diet
- Don’t forget to vary the consumption of both fruits and vegetables for the best results
GM diet meal suggestions for day 3
Breakfast- Hard choice
There are a few options to choose from but the basic recommendation is to pick one between apples and watermelons but not both at a time.
Launch the Lunch
You can repeat the meal plan from day 2 and add some fruits.But remember: Always eat the fruits with half an hour before anything else.
You are allowed to consume any combination of vegetables from lettuce and broccoli to carrots and cucumbers, but remember that boiled beets may be a little to heavy for the stomach.
