Fruits are your best friends

For the first 24 hours of this diet followers are allowed to eat ONLY fruits.

Why is that? Fruits are  best at cleaning the entire digestive system and help increase the metabolic process.

Remember not to eat any foods that contain starch, potassium and carbohydrates, such as bananas. So ALL FRUITS except bananas bananas forbiden in the dietare acceptable and you must also drink a lot of water that helps the detoxification process a lot.

As a measure of preparation before starting the diet it is recommended to consume  starchy foods such as potatoes, oats and bananas the day before the targeted diet week  for the body to have enough complex carbohydrates.

GM diet day 1 meal plan (suggestions)


This is definitely the most important meal in a day and you want to start as fresh as possible by eating only fruits, such as  melons or papayas with a lot of water. Remember to drink a glass or two of water immediately after you get out of bed and before eating anything. By eating fruits with higher consistency you will not feel the need of getting fast-food for the rest of the day.


Consuming watermelon or apples is the best idea to keep the stomach full and help greatly with the detoxification process.Lunch time should be between 12:00 at noon and 1:30 in the afternoon.


At this meal followers of the GM diet are allowed to basically eat any type of fruit(except bananas) but keep in mind that melons are pretty heavy on the stomach and you can choose any other combination, like kiwi and oranges with the consumption of 1-2 glasses of  fresh water.

Healthy snacks and beverages (not alcohol)

  • water isn’t the only liquid allowed for this day. You can also drink orange juice(2 glasses max) and coconut water
  • a few snacks ideas in case you get hungry are: Raisins, oranges and apple dices

Breakfast fruit feast(8:00 -8:30 AM) 2 glasses of water and 2 cups of diced apples
Mid morning Snack (10:00 -11:00 AM)  1 glass of coconut water with  yellow melon
Lunch battle(12:00-1:30 PM) one bowl of watermelon and a glass of water
Snack in the afternoon(4:30-5:00 PM) two oranges/chico fruit with lime water
Dinner time(7:30-8:00 PM) a bowl of melon and a glass of orange juice


The main target of this day plan is to cleanse the digestive sistem and increase the metabolism so that you can lose as much fat as possible in the rest of the diet days.
